Our reusable bags can be made in a variety of sizes, shapes, and an exciting array of sustainable materials. The KeepCool team will work with you through the entire design process — from ideation, prototype development, design optimization, all the way to artistic detail — so that your vision comes to life through a truly unique bag.

All of our materials are carefully selected based on resilience, cost-effectiveness, and environmental impact. Since 2007, we have pioneered the use of post-consumer waste in our bags made of recycled plastic bottles (I Used To Be A Plastic Bottle®). Today, rPET and other recycled materials, such as recycled cotton, make up more than 50% of the materials in our reusable bag collections. Additionally, we are increasing our range of sustainable natural fibers — including our latest introduction, washable paper, which endures the test of time and washing. More options are continuously being added, as we are always searching and testing new renewable materials that deliver improved environmental profiles.

Traditional materials, including woven and nonwoven polypropylene and polyethylene (all with or without lamination), are also available.

Our extensive printing capabilities support creative freedom when it comes to designing your bags. We can print with full coverage for a rich finish, accurately match any Pantone color of your choice, and even print high-quality photographs directly onto the material. Our team will recommend the ideal printing method based on your design and material selection.

Our capabilities include 8-color heliographic printing, transfer printing, screen printing, woven labels, and embroidery.

An example of our approach is the Kangaroo Tote, a duo-bag (or bag-in-bag) concept specifically developed in response to studying consumer shopping behaviors. A smaller bag, nestled inside the parent pocket, provides extra space when needed. The small-design optimization is a revolution in convenience while providing added functionality.
